Elit-Oil-Pavlodar’s marine bunkering operations are headquartered at our Fujairah terminal — the world’s third-largest bunkering hub, strategically located outside the Strait of Hormuz on the Gulf of Oman. We also provide bunkering support services at our Rotterdam terminal. Our bunkering operations deliver compliant, high-quality marine fuels to vessels at anchorage and at berth, operated with the highest standards of safety and environmental responsibility.

The Port of Fujairah is located on the Gulf of Oman, just outside the Strait of Hormuz — the world’s most critical oil chokepoint. This strategic location makes Fujairah the world’s third-largest global bunkering hub, attracting vessel calls from Gulf and international NOCs, IOCs, and global traders. Our Fujairah terminal connects directly to the Fujairah Oil Tanker Terminal (FOTT) Matrix Manifold system — providing access to all 9 main and 14 wing berths and enabling direct product transfers between terminals without vessel chartering.
